Papers can only be submitted electronically through this webpage.
One electronic full version of the paper should be submitted on-line through the Congress web site. Only pdf files of a maximum size of 2 MB will be accepted as electronic format.

The submitted full version of your paper should be a blind submission. So exclude all information about name, affiliation, address and e-mail address in the pdf file. Do not put your name in the file name.
The following information should be simultaneously entered on the web site:
(I) name and institutional affiliation of paper presenter and co-author(s);
(II) title of paper;
(III) address and e-mail address of paper presenter;
(IV) abstract of paper of no more than 200 words;
(V) up to six free key words;
(VI) EAERE codes.
(VII) Session category. Paper can be submitted both to oral and/or poster sessions.

Papers submitted without all the required information will not be considered.

Though an unlimited number of papers can be submitted, each participant will only be able to present one paper.

All accepted papers will be downloadable from the Conference website.

Co-authored papers should be submitted by the paper presenter.

Poster sessions

The conference offers the possibility for authors to present their papers as posters. We believe that posters create a good forum for additional discussions and will contribute to the conference atmosphere making the coffee breaks much more stimulating. There will be two special designated poster session in connection with two of the lunches when the presenters will be expected to stand by their poster to explain. We know that some people might have very definite preferences and you will therefore be given the option of submitting your paper: to an oral session; a poster session or an option saying that you accept either-or.

Job Market Papers

Candidates submitting a paper to the EAERE Annual Conference have the option of marking their papers as "Job Market Papers" at the submission process. Job Market Papers go through the standard review process as any other papers submitted to the Conference. Accepted Job Market Papers are allocated in the regular sessions with the same criteria of any other paper. Job Market Papers will be marked as so in the printed and on-line Conference programme, where it will be possible to see a list of Job Market Papers being presented in the Conference.

Review process

All papers will undergo the regular peer review process regardless of the session (oral session or poster session) in which they will be presented.

The Programme Chairpersons are:
Prof. Laura Castellucci, Universita' di Roma "Tor Vergata"
Prof. Till Requate, University of Kiel
